DON'T STOP SAYING IT OUT LOUD.

JUST THINKING

I saw a scripture some time ago which made me realize that the word of God is complete. The scripture got me thinking and it made me resolve to live by the truth and tell the truth at all times.
Galatians 4:16 says, ''Have I, therefore, become your enemy because I tell you the truth''?
The insights i got into the above scripture opened my eyes to a lot. Many of us (including me) do not like it when the truth is being told to us. The truth is always bitter when we are confronted with it. It comes like a rebuke most times but it is what will set you and I free at any time. Rebuke is painful but when you allow it to work in you, it will produce fruits of peace and righteousness in you.
Also, a lot of people become angry and hate anyone who tells them the truth. Some people even run away and hide from anyone who tells them the truth. Are you one of those who run away or hate people who tell the truth? Please, you need to stop running away from them because the truth (the word of God) they tell you will save you and free you free from bondage. 
I once ran or stayed away from my siblings some time ago when they confronted me with the truth of what I was doing wrong. My ego was punctured by what they said, but my heart knew it was the right thing they told me. But I allowed pride to take over me which got me upset that I had to stay away from them. 
To be sincere, what I did, did not change the truth I was told because the truth will always be the truth no matter how one feels.
Amos 5 :10 NIV says, "There are those who hate the one who upholds justice in court and detest the one who tells the truth".
For the Bible to say what it says in the above scripture, then it is true. Have you ever felt hated and disliked by
someone or a group of people for no reason? This could be the reason. It could be because you stand for the truth (if you really stand for the truth) and speak the truth at all times that is why they hate you in your office, in your neighborhood, association, clubs, family, among your friends and so on.
They also hate your guts, what you say, what you do, how you dress, how you walk and how you even speak. Some may not hide it from you that they do not like you. A few will be bold to say it to your face that they hate you. But do not let it affect you. Do not allow what they do and say change who you are. 
The truth will always set people free if they will only accept it. For this reason, do not stop telling the truth if you want to be free and also want people to be set free. Sincerely speaking, the truth will always be the truth even if no one accepts and does it. But lies will never be the truth even if everyone around you is doing it or telling lies.
