The New Covenant.

We are all familiar with the word "covenant" but most of us don't know what it means. This is one major reason why many of us are suffering today. Covenant could be an agreement, treaty, contract, will or testament between two or more people with its responsibility, benefits and penalties or consequences if it is breached. It could be entered into directly or indirectly through cutting of animals into two, bodies( blood) covenant, incision on one's body covenant, signing of document, by people entering it on one's behalf, etc. There are various types of convenants but we will just restrict it.
Some people enter into covenant with others without knowing and thinking it through. Others have gone into blood covenant with their boy friends and girl friends out of " love". They are regretting it and running from one place to another looking for deliverance. Some did it so that they could become rich, protected, promoted and become famous. They also do it for the sake of becoming successful and belonging to a group.

Many homes and lives have been destroyed because they entered into covenant with the devil or people entered into covenant with the devil on their behalf. In some places, some are forced to, blackmailed, deceived, etc to enter into cults through covenants without knowing.
In the banking sector, communication industry, entertainment world, companies and so on, you will find people who have sold their souls to the devil and men because of money and wanting to become rich. All the promises of love, riches, wealth, success, security, etc, are not really true because nothing goes for nothing.
Whatever anyone has promised you cannot be compared to the covenant that was established through Christ Jesus for us. They will promise you heaven and earth but what you will pay with at the end of the day will be more than the promises made to you.

No matter the covenant you have entered into, there is hope for you because there is another covenant that is superior to all of them. It is called The New Covenant. It supersedes all the others because it came with better promises and sealed with the blood of Jesus. The life of an animal or a person is in the blood and jesus sealed the new covenant with his blood. Therefore, the New Covenant sealed with the life of Christ Jesus speaks better is superior to other covenants. This shows how great this covenant is over others. You don't need the blood of animal or man again to become a part of The New Covenant because Jesus' blood had been shed. If you confess your sins and accept Jesus today, you will become a part of it and the anointing of God will destroy the other covenants and their effects over your life.

Heb 8:6, 10-12 says " But now hath Jesus obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises. 10 For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people: 11 And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest. 12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more. (KJV)". Also, read Jeremiah 31:31-34.
When you accept Jesus as your lord and saviour, you will be cut off from the previous covenants with their effects and consequences. Those other covenants will become annulled over your life and your sins will be forgiven. This is why you need to accept JESUS into your life.
For believers who are still faced with challenges, just keep confessing the word because you have been cut off from the past and grafted into Christ. Remember, the life of an animal is in its blood. So, when Christ died for you, he paid with his life(blood). Halleluyah. WILSON  ILEOGBEN
